So this entire week or so, I've been way too anxious. And today, it's been worse than usual. Me worrying about real life stuff (mostly family stuff) and then worrying about everything I do ("If I do this/don't do this, everyone will hate me!"). A few hours after I went to bed, I woke up and had what might've been a mini-panic attack. Jesus. Even right now, I feel this pressure in my chest and I feel like crying.
I really hope I can just relax soon.
